Las autorizaciones otorgadas para el uso de máquinas de timbre quedarán sin efecto si transcurrido el término de noventa (90) días contados a partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, el usuario no solicitó nueva autorización, cumpliendo con los requisitos aquí establecidos.
