Se aumenta en un cuarenta por ciento (40%) las asignaciones mensuales básicas señaladas en los artículos 8º. y 9º. del Decreto 283 de 1973 para los funcionarios y empleados de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y de la Justicia Penal Militar y su Ministerio Público.
