El Gobierno, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Departamento de Edificios Nacionales, procederá inmediatamente a la reconstrucción de los edificios pertenecientes a entidades de derecho público, afectados por el terremoto, y de aquellos destinados exclusivamente al culto católico, a la educación y a la beneficencia. Se atenderá en primer lugar a las reparaciones que demande el Hospital de San Pedro, de la ciudad de Pasto.
