El síndico será recusable por el quebrado o por cualquier acreedor cuando ocurra respecto del mismo alguna de las inhabilidades o incompatibilidades previstas en la ley para el caso o en general para los auxiliares y colaboradores de la justicia. La recusación se tramitará como articulación.
