Remisión de deudas. A las sanciones que imponga la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales en ejercicio de sus competencias de control cambiario, le son aplicables las normas contenidas en el artículo 820 del Estatuto Tributario, y podrán ser suprimidas de las cuentas corrientes y de la contabilidad en los términos y las condiciones de dicho artículo.
