De las demandas sobre las pensiones de que trata esta Ley conocerá el Consejo de Estado en una sola instancia.

Parágrafo

Las pruebas que deben acompañarse a la respectiva demanda serán solamente las referentes al estado civil y la necesaria para acreditar la circunstancia de que el marido de la interesada fue signatario del Tratado.
