Informes sobre Usuarios. El Usuario Operador enviara a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales la lista de los Usuarios instalados en su Zona, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la vigencia de este decreto. Igualmente deberá informar sobre los Usuarios que en el futuro se autoricen, así como los que pierdan dicha calidad, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la ocurrencia de tal hecho.
