Artículo quinto. Las normas del presente Decreto no se aplicarán a los funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil y del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, que viajen al Exterior en misión oficial de carácter aeronáutico, cuando los pasajes aéreos sean suministrados gratuitamente por empresas aéreas internacionales, nacionales o extranjeras.
