Criterios . La estimación del monto de la indemnización por vía administrativa que debe realizar la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas se sujetará a los siguiente criterios: la naturaleza y el impacto del hecho victimizante, el daño causado y el estado de vulnerabilidad actual de la víctima, desde un enfoque diferencial.
