Aclarase el inciso 2º del artículo 6º del Decreto reglamentario número 1987 de 19638 en el sentido de que la cuantía del impuesto extraordinario establecido por el artículo 6º de la Ley 21 del presente año, se liquidara individualmente en relación con cada contribuyente, con ocasión de recaudo de los impuestos de renta y complementarios correspondientes al mismo año gravable, de conformidad con las normas contables que establezca la Contraloría General de la República.
