Art. 6º Es absolutamente prohibido hacer giros o pasar cuentas de cobro en monedas no reconocidas por la ley, o en determinada clase de billetes nacionales, los que tal hagan, incurrirán en una multa, a favor del Tesoro Nacional, equivalente a la cuarta parte del valor del giro o de la cuenta.
