ARTICULO 122 . Funcionarios judiciales encargados de tramitar los recursos de apelación . Dentro de la Fiscalía General habrá funcionarios judiciales con la función exclusiva de tramitar los recursos de apelación y de hecho contra las providencias interlocutorias proferidas por el fiscal delegado o la unidad de fiscalía que dirija la investigación. Sólo para estos efectos tienen la calidad de fiscales delegados. Cuando en los artículos siguientes se hace referencia a fiscales delegados y se les otorga la función de decidir recursos se entiende que esa competencia le está atribuida exclusivamente a los funcionarios judiciales aquí señalados.
