Distintivos de luto: consistirá, en una faja de paño negro de ocho centímetros de ancho, que se usará alrededor de la manga izquierda, quince centímetros abajo de la costura del hombro. Cuando se trata de luto oficial, se llevara en la guerrera, blusa; y capote, cuando sea duelo particular solamente se podrá llevar con la levita y capote.
