º De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 54 de la Ley 55 de 1985, están exentas del gravamen establecido en el artículo 9º de la ley 50 de 1984, las importaciones de libros y revistas de carácter científico o cultural, clasificables por el Código Nabandina 49.01.89.00 y 49.02.89.00 del Arancel de Aduanas. Para los efectos del presente artículo no se considerarán de carácter científico o cultural, los libros y revistas de modas, tiras cómicas o historietas gráficas, juegos de suerte o azar, crucigramas y horóscopos.
