º Para los efectos del artículo 6º del Decreto legislativo 71 de 1983, se tendrá en cuenta el precio de venta al detal de la botella de aguardiente anisado de 750 c. c., fijado por autoridad competente en el respectivo Departamento para expendio oficial o particular debidamente autorizado como tal.
