Las medidas de salvaguardia provisionales establecidas en los artículos 1º y 2º del presente decreto, rigen durante el desarrollo de las investigaciones abiertas mediante Resoluciones 0223 del 26 de julio y 0227 del 1º de agosto de 2005, y hasta la adopción de las medidas definitivas. El período de aplicación de estas medidas provisionales, se sumará al período total de aplicación de las medidas definitivas.
