Para los efectos de que trata el siguiente Decreto, denomínanse comisiones del servicio las que, por orden de superioridad respectiva autorizada para ello cumple el personal del ramo de Guerra fuera de la guarnición donde se encuentra acantonada a la Unidad o repartición a la cual pertenece. Cuando el tiempo empleado en estas comisiones sea inferior a tres meses, se considerarán "transitorias" y, se prolongaran por un tiempo mayor se considerarán "permanentes".
