Las elecciones para Senadores de la República, Representantes al Congreso y Diputados a las Asambleas Departamentales, se verificarán el tercer domingo de marzo para periodos legislativos de cuatro (4) anos los Senadores, y de dos (2) los Representantes y Diputados, que empiezan a contarse: para los Senadores y Representantes el veinte (20) de julio de 1947, y para los Diputados el veinte (20) de abril del mismo año.
