Cuando el producto de la venta de la mercancía en pública subasta no. alcance a cubrir el crédito que exista en favor de la Zona, ésta tendrá expeditas sus acciones y podrá ejercerlas por la vía judicial correspondiente contra el deudor, por el saldo insoluto.
