El Gobierno mandará hacer dos retratos al óleo del señor Moreno, uno para colocarlo en el Despacho del Ministro de Gobierno, y otro para obsequiarlo al Departamento de Antioquia, con destino al local de la Gobernación.

En el Presupuesto respectivo se entenderá incluída la partida necesaria para el gasto.
