Art. 41. El Rector del Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario dictará el Reglamento interior de dicho Establecimiento, calcándolo hasta donde las circunstancias lo permitan, en las Constituciones y las prácticas antiguas del mismo Colegio. Estos reglamentos deberán ser sometidos á la aprobación del Gobierno.
