Servicios de administración de fondos del Estado del sistema de seguridad social. Se exceptúan del impuesto sobre las ventas, los servicios de administración prestados al Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, al Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, al Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del nivel nacional, a los Fondos de Pensiones del nivel territorial y al Fondo de Riesgos Profesionales.
