°. Los distribuidores o vendedores deberán registrar sus establecimientos en las Zonas Agropecuarias del respectivo Departamento en formularios que allí se les suministraran. En caso de que en la localidad no existan oficinas del Ministerio de Agricultura deberá hacerse el registro en la Oficina de la Secretaria de Agricultura, o ante la primera autoridad civil, quienes enviaran dichos formularios al Ministerio de Agricultura.
