Art. 173. En los juicios ejecutivos son causas de nulidad:
No notificar legalmente al deudor el auto ejecutivo;
No fijar los avisos, cuando el deudor no los ha renunciado, para el remate de los bienes que deban ser rematados, y no verificar el remate conforme lo disponen los artículos 972 á 978 del Código.
