Son sujetos de sanciones, por violación al presente decreto, los señalados en el artículo 9º de la Ley 105 de 1993 o las normas que la modifiquen o adicionen, la Autoridad Competente impondrá a los infractores las sanciones establecidas en la Ley 336 de 1996 o las normas que la modifiquen o adicionen.
