Si el proyecto requiere adopción previa, pasará al estudio de un ponente nombrado por el Presidente, quien en el plazo se le señale propondrá su adopción o su rechazo; y si la comisión lo rechazare, será devuelto al Secretario de la Respectiva Cámara para que lo archive.
