º En los casos del artículo 4º de la Ley 94 de 1937, el funcionario que apruebe las solicitudes de que aquí se trata, sin los requisitos exigidos por la misma disposición, incurrirá en una multa de $ 100 a $ 500, según la importancia de la obra, la cual será impuesta por el respectivo superior jerárquico, e ingresará al Tesoro Municipal.
