ARTICULO 6 . Del régimen salarial de las Magistrados Auxiliares . La remuneración mínima mensual para los cargos de Magistrado Auxiliar creados por este Decreto, será equivalente al ochenta por ciento (80%) de la suma que por concepto de asignación básica y gastos de representación corresponda a los Magistrados de la Corte Constitucional. La remuneración mínima señalada en el presente artículo, se aplicará cuando la suma de la asignación y las primas mensuales resultare inferior al porcentaje establecido en el inciso anterior.
