Proceso de referencia y contra referencia para garantizar la atención integral.De acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 2.5.3.2. 16 y 2.5.3.4. 7. 4 de este decreto, la operación del sistema de referencia y contra referencia debe atender a la integralidad del proceso de atención en salud, sin limitarse a los casos de urgencias.
