Sanciones. El incumplimiento por parte del Concesionario de las normas establecidas en este decreto, en el Decreto-ley 1900 de 1990 y en las demás normas aplicables, dará lugar a la imposición de sanciones por parte del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, de conformidad con las reglas establecidas para el efecto en el presente decreto, en el Decreto-ley 1900 de 1990 o en las normas que lo adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
