Cuando el concepto expedido por la Secretaría General de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales en los términos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 6° del presente decreto determine la inconveniencia de la adjudicación de bienes a favor de la Nación, esta no procederá y se continuará con el proceso administrativo de cobro.
