° Para llevar a cabo el recaudo de los empréstitos forzosos impuestos en el Estado de Cundinamarca, el Poder Ejecutivo nombrará por conducto de la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento, un Recaudador especial, investido de jurisdiccion coactiva, en cada uno de los lugares en donde hayan funcionado los empleados o Juntas que hubieren repartido los empréstitos.
