En procesos criminales de excepcional gravedad, el Procurador, de acuerdo con el Gobierno Nacional, podrá intervenir ante los Tribunales y Juzgados respectivos, por sí o por medio de un delegado que puede serlo el Visitador o cualquiera de los empleados de la Sección Penal, o el Agente del Ministerio Público de la localidad respectiva.
