El porte de los telegramas de ó para la prensa periódica de fuéra y dentro del país, que contengan noticias de interés general destinadas á la publicidad, que pasen de diez palabras, se liquidará y cobrará en cuanto a las palabras excedentes de este número, con un cincuenta por ciento de rebaja sobre el precio de los telegramas privados de servicio ordinario, de conformidad con la reglamentación que al efecto hará el Gobierno para el desarrollo y cumplimiento de esta disposición.
