Entrega. El Fondo Nacional de Estupefacientes en Liquidación o la entidad que ejerza la función de administrador del Fondo para la Rehabilitación, Inversión Social y lucha contra el Crimen Organizado (Frisco), procederá a la entrega de los bienes con vocación turística al Fondo Nacional de Turismo (Fontur) mediante acto administrativo. La entrega material del bien podrá efectuarse a través del depositario provisional de los establecimientos de comercio o de los depositarios o liquidadores de las sociedades propietarias de dichos bienes inmuebles, según corresponda.
