ARTICULO 6 º. Los servidores públicos de que trata este Decreto, tendrán derecho a un auxilio de transporte en los mismos términos y cuantía que establezca el Gobierno para los trabajadores particulares y trabajadores del Estado, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior de este Decreto. No tendrán derecho a este auxilio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones, se encuentre en licencia, suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo o cuando la entidad suministre este servicio.
