Artículo segundo. El pago de los gastos autorizados en el artículo anterior , se efectuará con cargo directo a '"Fondos Especiales" de dicho Hospital, de que trata el artículo: segundo del Decreto número 1847 de 1956, y con sujeción a las normas determinadas por la Contraloría General de 1a República, en desarrollo de. lo dispuesto en el artículo' cuarto del mismo Decreto, por el cual se destinan los ingresos obtenidos por "Fondos Especiales" del Hospital .Sanatorio Nacional "Santa Clara", desde el 1º de septiembre de '1950 hasta el 30 del mismo mes. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
