Reconocimiento de la calidad de beneficiario de la prestación humanitaria periódica. La persona que aspire al reconocimiento de la prestación humanitaria periódica para las víctimas del conflicto armado y cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en este capítulo, deberá dirigirse al Ministerio del Trabajo para que se inicie el trámite de acreditación y reconocimiento de la correspondiente prestación.

Para el efecto deberá presentar la siguiente documentación:

Dictamen ejecutoriado de Calificación de Pérdida de la Capacidad Laboral y Ocupacional expedido por la respectiva Junta Regional de Calificación, donde se evidencie una pérdida del 50% o más de su capacidad laboral y el nexo causal entre el acto
