Art. 388. Será obligatorio a los Capitanes i tripulantes de todas las naves mercantes que entren en los puertos de la Union, prestarse mútuo auxilio, siempre que algun accidente lo haga necessrio. Este auxilio será exijido u ordenado por el respectivo Jefe del Resguardo, cuando alguno rehusare prestarlo, i u solicitud de parto interesada.
