Las inversiones de los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión en acciones y bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones no podrán ser inferiores al diez por ciento (10%) ni superiores al setenta por ciento (70%) del costo total de sus inversiones en valores. Los depósitos a término de que trata el literal h) del artículo 1º del Decreto número 1102 de 1978 no podrán ser superiores al veinte por ciento 20%) del total de las inversiones de los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión en Valores. Los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión podrán dedicar hasta el veinte por ciento (20%) de sus recursos a los préstamos señalados en el literal k) del artículo 1º del Decreto 1102 de 1978.
