º. A partir de la vigencia de esta Ley el oro y la plata que produzcan las minas de veta, el de las minas de aluvión explotadas por empresas mineras cuya producción en el año de 1947 haya sido inferior de diez mil (10.000) onzas, y el que produjeren las que inicien o reanuden trabajos en el futuro, lo recibirá en depósito el Gobierno por medio del Banco de la República, cuando así lo solicite el productor.
