Las resoluciones que reconozcan ascensos en el escalafón del personal docente, solamente podrán hacerse dos veces al año en las fechas que prescriba el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, especificando su incidencia presupuestal. Estas deben ser comunicadas por las Juntas Administradoras del Ministerio de Educación Nacional dentro de los 10 días calendario siguientes a su expedición.
