Los directores de los periódicos que sirvan de órgano a corporaciones, asociaciones, sindicatos y otras entidades semejantes, que gocen de personería jurídica, otorgaran caución en las mismas condiciones establecidas en el artículo 12 del mencionado Decreto 1900, pero la cuantía mínima de ella será de $ 50.
