Contra la resolución sancionadora proceden los recursos de reposición ante el Director de Vigilancia y el de apelación, directa o subsidiariamente, para ante el Superintendente de Notariado y Registro. Los recursos deberán interponerse dentro del término de ejecutoria de la providencia sancionadora y se concederán en el efecto suspensivo. Copias de las providencias se remitirán al Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia y al Colegio de Notarios de Colombia. TITULO VII Del arancel. CAPITULO UNICO De la obligatoriedad del pago.
