El presente Decreto rige a partir del 1º de abril de 1985 y deroga: La nota referente al gravamen diferencial establecida en el artículo 1º del Decreto 2677 de 1975 para la posición 85.01.09.00, los artículos 2º letra N, 7º, 8º, 9º, 10 y 11 del Decreto 895 de 1980, artículos 2º literal B y 5º del Decreto 1947 de 1980, artículo 4º del Decreto 2268 de 1980, artículo 3º del Decreto 3510 de 1981, artículo 50 del Decreto 1317 de 1981, artículo 2º del Decreto 2087 de 1983, el Decreto 1748 de 1984 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
