Artículo tercero. Los sobrantes que por este concepto queden en el capítulo de subsidio de tratamiento del Presupuesto de Gastos, serán destinados al pago de subsidios de aquellos enfermos, conforme el Artículo 1°. De la ley 14 de 1964 y su Decreto reglamentario. Se hagan acreedores a este beneficio.
