Art. 8.° Cada uno de los Tribunales de que trata el artículo anterior, se dividirá en dos salas, así : una que conocerá de los negocios civiles, compuesta de tres Magistrados, y otra que conocerá de los asuntos criminales, compuesta de dos Magistrados.
