Revístese al Presidente de la República de precisas facultades extraordinarias, por el término de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, para que incorpore al Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero los artículos nuevos contenidos en la misma y para que reorganice la numeración de dicho Estatuto teniendo en cuenta además de los artículos incorporados, los que fueron expresamente derogados.
