El beneficiario de un permiso tendrá derecho preferencial para convertir el permiso en concesión sobre el área otorgada, con arreglo a las disposiciones pertinentes. Para tal efecto, anexará a la solicitud los documentos de que tratan los artículos 50 y 51 de este Decreto.
