Art. 2.° Dicha suma, que se votará en el Presupuesto de Gastos, es imputable al ausilio de que trata la lei 53 de 31 de mayo de 1875, i se pondrá a disposición de la Corporación municipal de aquella ciudad, tomándola especialmente de los productos de la Aduana allí establecida.
